HoardPrime is a personal project — a collection catalog tool for collectors. It is currently in early beta. There is no company behind it, only an individual operator.
When you create an account, we collect:
Items default to private — only you can see them. You choose, per-item, whether to make an item public for others to discover.
Even for public items, your cost basis (what you paid, acquisition costs) is never shown to other users.
Your email address is never shown to other users.
Data is stored on Supabase, a hosted Postgres database provider. Photos are stored in Supabase Storage. All data is transmitted over HTTPS.
Your password is hashed before storage — even the operator cannot see it.
The operator may take periodic backups of the database for disaster recovery. These backups are stored separately and accessed only when restoring after data loss.

HoardPrime is not intended for users under 13. Don't create an account if you're under 13.
If this policy changes materially, we'll notify users via email and update the "Last updated" date.
