What HoardPrime is

HoardPrime is a personal-project tool for collectors to catalog their items and optionally discover other collectors' items. It is currently in early beta.

What HoardPrime is NOT

HoardPrime is not a marketplace. We don't facilitate sales, hold money in escrow, process payments, or guarantee transactions of any kind.

If you find an item interesting on HoardPrime and want to acquire it, you must coordinate directly with the owner — completely off-platform. Any deal you reach is between you and the other person.

HoardPrime will not mediate, refund, or otherwise involve itself in disputes about deals made off-platform. We don't see the money, the goods, or the agreements — we are not a party to your transaction in any sense.

Beta status

HoardPrime is in beta. This means:

• Features may change, be added, or be removed
• Outages may happen and may not be quickly resolved
• Data loss is possible — keep your own backups of anything important
• The operator may pause or terminate the service at any time, with reasonable notice when possible

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your password secure. Don't share it. Notify the operator if you suspect unauthorized access.

You must be at least 13 years old to use HoardPrime.

You agree not to use HoardPrime to:

• Harass, threaten, or harm other users
• Post illegal content or content you don't have rights to share
• Attempt to access another user's account or private data
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or otherwise abuse the service
• Use the service for any commercial purpose without the operator's permission

Content policy — Acceptable use

HoardPrime celebrates collections of all kinds. We trust collectors to share their items thoughtfully. To keep the platform healthy, the following are not permitted:

• Illegal items, or items whose possession is restricted in your jurisdiction
• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) of any kind, no exceptions, ever
• Sexually explicit or pornographic content, including nudity and "NSFW" items
• Content that promotes, glorifies, or incites hatred or violence against any group
• Items you don't own (HoardPrime is for cataloging your own collection)
• Impersonation of other collectors, brands, or public figures
• Spam, advertising, or off-topic promotional content

Content policy — Historical materials with sensitive symbolism

Collecting frequently intersects with history, including history that includes atrocity, oppression, war, and hate. Authentic historical artifacts that depict or reference sensitive symbolism (Nazi memorabilia, Confederate items, items from oppressive regimes, propaganda, etc.) are permitted only under all of the following conditions:

• Genuine provenance: the item is authentic, not a modern reproduction made to celebrate or promote the ideology
• Educational, documentary, or historical-record context provided in the description
• No language that glorifies, endorses, or promotes the underlying ideology
• No items intended to recruit, organize, or signal allegiance

The line is between preserving uncomfortable history (acceptable) and celebrating or normalizing the ideology that produced it (not acceptable). The operator's judgment on this line is final.

Content policy — No firearms

HoardPrime does not allow firearms of any kind, including:

• Modern functional firearms
• Antique or vintage firearms (even legal collectibles)
• Replicas, deactivated weapons, or "display-only" firearms
• Firearm parts, accessories, ammunition, magazines
• Items designed to look like firearms (props, toys, airsoft) intended as collectibles

This is a total ban, not a gray area. If your collection includes firearms, those items must not be cataloged on HoardPrime.

Edged weapons (swords, daggers, historical military blades) are permitted when they are clearly historical or collecting-focused items rather than promotion of violence.

Content policy — Accurate representation

You must represent your items accurately. Specifically:

• Don't misrepresent fakes, replicas, or reproductions as authentic items
• Don't misrepresent the condition, grade, or provenance of an item
• Don't claim authentication from a grading service if the item isn't graded

Replicas, bootlegs, and unlicensed products are allowed as long as they're labeled accurately. The collectibles world has a long tradition of unlicensed makers (e.g., Fans Toys, X-Transbots, custom card makers) — these are legitimate collecting categories. What's not allowed is passing them off as something they aren't.

Content policy — No AI-generated content

HoardPrime is a platform for cataloging real, physical collectibles. AI-generated content is not permitted, including:

• AI-generated images of items that don't physically exist
• AI-generated descriptions presented as your own writing
• Whole collections composed of AI-generated items

AI editing of real photos (cropping, enhancement, color correction, background removal) is allowed. The distinction is between editing photos of items you own (fine) and generating fictional items or content (not fine).

Your content

You retain ownership of items, photos, descriptions, and any other content you add. By marking items public, you grant HoardPrime permission to display that content to other authenticated users and, if you make your profile public, to anonymous visitors.

Don't post photos or content you don't have rights to share.

Enforcement

The operator reviews content policy issues on a case-by-case basis. Possible actions include removing specific items, requiring you to add context, hiding items from public discovery, or in serious cases, suspending or terminating accounts.

If you believe content on HoardPrime violates this policy, contact the operator with the item link and a brief explanation.

Account termination

You can delete your account at any time by contacting the operator. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms.

No warranty

HoardPrime is provided "as is" with no warranty. The operator makes no guarantees about uptime, data integrity, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, the operator is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes

These terms may change. Material changes will be communicated by email and on this page.
